Service Engineer

Basic: £25K, OTE: £27K

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that specialises in supplying pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with automated laboratory systems and consumables. The position is site based and you will be responsible for servicing benchtop instruments such as microplate readers, washers and liquid handling systems.

You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical problems so you must enjoy troubleshooting and feel comfortable dealing with problems over the phone. The ideal candidate will have an electronics background and ideally some experience servicing life science instrumentation. You must be highly computer literate and have excellent communication skills. If you enjoy being a service engineer but don't want the hassle of being out in the field AND you enjoy providing technical support then we want to hear from you.
