Hoorah! More great opportunities! This organisation is a worldwide provider of immunodiagnostic systems and reagents, serving major clinical and veterinary diagnostic areas. This company's tests supply information vital to the detection and management of adrenal/pituitary dysfunction, allergy, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, infectious diseases, reproductive disorders, to name but a few. They have a vacancy for an account manager in the London/SE region. You will be based from home and selling a range of assay products (but not large capital equipment) to clinicians across the territory. You will be required to tender, help with installations, train users on the products, and offer simple technical support. This is a successful company and they will train you in the UK as well as the USA. In the long term, there are good prospects to work abroad, but first you need to achieve great things on patch here.

This is a role for a life scientist, preferably with a biochemistry or biology degree, and at least two years' scientific sales experience into clinical labs. Immunoassay experience from a lab background is ideal. You need to know the tendering process, and have a technical mind, plus flexibility to travel and stay away from home occasionally.
