Area Equipment Representative

Basic: £Neg

This is an exciting opportunity within a leading distribution company to join the sales force as an equipment technical sales specialist and also as the key account manager for one of the company's major accounts. The territory is the South of London, Kent and Sussex. You will wear two hats: first, you will support the rest of the sales team in the area with regards to technical and pricing queries on capital instrumentation and second, you will promote and sell the entire range of catalogue products to end users within a major key account. You will conduct product demonstrations, organise and attend exhibitions, raise and follow up on quotes and maintain an up to date customer database. The company has a very high profile within this territory and you will be expected to maintain good relationships with your customers.

Now for the wish list! You will ideally have a life sciences background and at least 12 months of sales experience within the life science sector. Key account management experience will be highly desirable. You must be motivated, driven and you must be an excellent team player but also have the ability to work on your own.
