The organisation have formed a new business unit that will address the drug discovery needs of the leading pharmaceutical companies across the world by providing a mixture of dedicated laboratory services and high value products aimed at the drug screening arena. The company have seen massive growth over the last 2 years and have developed a unique product offering that is expected to take the market by storm. They are keen to recruit a Commercial Director who will drive this growth both in Europe and the US, the post holds full P&L responsibility and 9 direct reports in business development and marketing.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the drug discovery market, have a demonstrable track record of revenue growth and excellent team management skills. This is a crucial appointment and the company's future success will be in your hands, you must have high energy levels and an entrepreneurial spirit, those with preclinical CRO experience will be of particular interest.
