Distributor Manager

Basic: £35K, OTE: £50K

A leading manufacturer of automated liquid handling systems and associated consumables is keen to recruit a Distributor Manager to support a group of 20 distributors across Europe The role will involve travelling across Europe 3 days per week to train distributor sales people on the products; you will visit customers with distributor sales people and also assess distributor performance along with sourcing new distribution channels when required. The post will be responsible for a multi million dollar turnover and be critical to the continued sales growth the company is enjoying at the moment.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with at least 3 years field sales experience in ideally a mix of instruments and consumables. No previous distribution management experience is required, any European sales experience would be desirable but not essential, excellent communication skills, the ability to travel in Europe frequently and high levels of self motivation will be essential though.
