Manager - Business Development Analysts

Basic: £50K

In this newly created role you will manage and lead a team of proposal analysts in the UK, Germany and Australia! The main focus of this role is line management although you will still be required to input into the proposal development process from a strategic perspective. Reporting into the US you will be the senior manager within Europe and as such will be involved in the project management of full service proposals along with senior managers from other departments.

Previous line management experience is essential along with extensive knowledge of the proposal process.
