This innovative and people focused company is looking to recruit SCRAs with an interest in either team leadership or project management! With a structured career development and training programme SCRAs can develop project management or CRA leadership skills whilst functioning as a lead CRA on assigned projects. The main focus of your role will be site co-ordination with minimal monitoring across phases II-IV and a broad range of therapy areas. This role can be either office based in Berkshire or field based.

All you need to be considered is a minimum of 4 years CRA experience.
