Service Co-ordinators x2

Basic: £23K, OTE: £25K

A leading manufacturer of life science research instruments is keen to expand its service team and recruit two Service Co-Ordinators based from their head office. The positions will involve joining the office based support team who handle incoming calls from customers to match the available field service resources to the customers needs to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate and deploy assigned engineers, schedule engineers for preventative maintenance visits and ensure that dispatch of the service inventory is completed in a timely way.

You will ideally be life science graduates or have compensating laboratory or service experience with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills will be essential along with the ability to prioritise.
