Technical Sales Specialist

Basic: £20K, OTE: £24K

This is a great opportunity for a graduate wanting to move into a commercial role! The company are a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of optics, lasers, opto-mechanical hardware, and instruments. The role is initially office based but in 18 months time you will become field based so this role would suit someone that foresees a future in direct field based sales and support. For now, you will be learning about the sales process so you will only be involved in reactive sales. You will handle incoming enquiries by providing technical support and offering quotations as required by the customer. You will also actively support the field based team by passing on leads and providing them with up to date price and technical information.

You must have a degree, preferably a PhD, in a chemistry or physics subject. Knowledge of the photonics industry will be highly desirable. You must have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and dynamic and above all be able to convince us you want to do sales! If this is you, then please contact us now.
