Training & Development Manager

Basic: £50K

This global drug development company is keen to appoint an international training manager in the UK. This is a hands on training role although the main focus of the job is the design and delivery of training programmes across the UK, Germany and Australia. You will liaise with internal functional managers to assess training needs and also to raise the profile of this growing department within the company.

A broad based operational background is essential along with a proven track record in the planning and delivery of training.
