This global leader in automated and robotic systems supply a diverse client base. They are large, successful, and rapidly expanding!

Their main division is nuclear systems, providing solutions for the manufacture and handling of nuclear material, and as such they work closely with British Nuclear Fuels and their nuclear power stations. The company requires a Business Development Manager to build further business in the south, with a view to the longer term. The military sector could be a potential growth area if you have the right contacts. Later, you may have the opportunity to manage a small group of staff in your region. Clearly, this is a specialised field and you should have a sound technical background in nuclear decommissioning, as this will be important when dealing with customers. You'll be able to hold a detailed dialogue on the technical problems facing the customers' business, and the potential solutions. In addition, account management and network building skills are essential. An engineering qualification is desirable.
