Market Developer

A very well established life science company that is a market leader in its chosen fields is keen to recruit a Market Developer to take on a newly created post within this expanding organisation.

The role is unusual, and will involve looking at non-traditional markets for the company. You will be responsible for identifying new markets for the company's products, putting a product portfolio together for the target market and identifying the most effective sales channels. The company is interested in looking at the clinical diagnostic, food diagnostic and microbiology fields initially within the UK although there could be some European work too.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate and possibly have an MBA. You will have over five years' commercial experience and have developed new markets before. This will definitely suit a creative thinker who will have to liaise with many internal departments and identify, develop and implement commercial plans.
