If you are an experienced proposal developer looking for a route into management this is the role for you! This position is available with a market leader and there are two opportunities at this level. Office based in the Home Counties you will lead a team of account associates to deliver high quality proposals to clients for European or global full service contracts. This will be a hands on role although you will be involved in proposal development strategy and costing model development.
Six months' field monitoring in the UK. For the manager role you will need in excess of three years proposal development experience within a CRO and previous supervisory experience.
