Proteomics Product Manager

Basic: £40K OTE £50K


A highly innovative manufacturer of proteomic research instruments is keen to recruit a Product Manager to take full responsibility for their proteomic product group on a worldwide basis.

The position will involve managing a marketing budget, exploring the routes to market, branding, pricing and monitoring competitor activity within the proteomics market. In addition the person will become involved in developing the company's strategy within this market and influence the product development group to ensure new products are customer focused and meet the future needs of this research field. This is a rare opportunity to take on global responsibility for a well established product line and be a key part of its continued and future success. The successful candidate will be a PhD level scientist with a sound understanding of proteomics. Previous sales and marketing experience is essential and any marketing qualifications would be highly regarded.
