The key highlights include the management of an experienced life science sales team more than 10 people strong, total control of a business unit generating over £10M, input into the European strategy and liaison with the marketing team to ensure all sales tools are in place. The key focus of this role is one of team leadership and development of this team. They are already successful, yet an innovative and highly motivated manager could help them to be even more successful which is why this role is available. The company is keen to recruit a goal orientated team leader who will have at least five years' team leadership experience within the scientific field. This could be from the instrumentation, consumable or diagnostics field. You should also have experience of developing business plans and setting objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of motivation will be essential.
