Senior Sales Specialist

Basic: £32K OTE £44K

A very rare opportunity has just been created by a world leading life science company who are keen to recruit a Senior Sales Specialist to manage the sales of a product line in Europe and lead a team of three sales specialists in Europe. The position will involve motivating and mentoring 3 sales specialists, working closely with regional sales directors across Europe to achieve strategic goals for this product line. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure the product group is supported effectively, you will take a leading role in directing the sales process in Europe and be responsible for achieving a multi million dollar sales target.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate or PhD in molecular biology or an associated discipline, have at least 3 years successful sales experience in the life science field and have excellent presentation skills. This is a wonderful experience to move from a purely sales focussed role into a team leadership post, any European experience is desirable but not essential.
