UK Sales Development Manager

Basic: £50K OTE £57,500K

~This is a wonderful opportunity with a leading organisation that manufactures a diverse range of life science research products in the UK and is keen to recruit a UK Sales Development Manager to take a leading role in driving further sales success through the organisation.

The person will manage both a field based and internal team of sales development people who are responsible for generating new business and leads for the account managers. You will be involved with launching new products to the market, pricing issues, competitor analysis and running sales promotions. This post is more marketing orientated than sales focused; the company is keen to recruit a highly commercially aware candidate with a proven track record of driving sales growth through marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate, ideally with an additional marketing qualification or MBA and experience in both sales and marketing in the life science market, with previous people management experience.
