This team management role within site management operations is not to be missed!

If you are an experienced Lead CRA or team leader this role offers you the opportunity to move into a dedicated line management role which, long term, would offer a route into project management! This is an office based role in Berkshire with minimal travel involving line management, resource allocation and planning. You will also act as an internal consultant on the production of clinical study documentation including the protocol and CRF. The role may be available on a part time basis - 3-4 day week.

To be considered for this position you will have either proven line management experience OR be able to demonstrate the qualities and motivation to line manage. You will be educated to degree level and have worked within clinical research as a CRA for at least five years. Knowledge of project management processes is desirable.
