Technical Sales Representative

Basic: £29K OTE £34K


A leader in the supply of laboratory products within the UK is keen to recruit a Technical Sales Representative to promote a range of medium value laboratory instrumentation in the South West and South Wales region.

The position will involve managing existing accounts along with developing business from non-users, with particular emphasis on the university accounts. You will spend four days per week visiting customers within the territory and the remaining time organising the following week. The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with 12 months' sales experience in the life science market. Those with a proven track record of selling to the university accounts will be highly regarded. The company is keen to recruit a highly motivated and proactive sales person as they are very keen to increase the business within this region. The rôle will suit someone who is an excellent networker and can develop their own sales leads in addition to responding to head office leads.
