Training Manager

Basic: £55K

A leading biotechnology company with an exciting product pipeline is looking to strengthen its European training department with the addition of a training manager for the clinical group in the UK. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of training programs covering GCP, EU Directive, therapeutic area, clinical operations and compliance.

There will be significant input into the development of training strategies on a European level and in the assessment of training needs locally. In addition to the strategic activities you will also be heavily involved in delivering training courses. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to have significant input into the growth and expansion of the European training function! A broad clinical background is required for this role - to include time spend in monitoring and project management.

At least 4 years must have been spent in a training role.
