A rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to the set up and development of a pan-European contracts management group for an expanding, dynamic CRO!

You could be based in either the UK (Berkshire) or France (West). In this role you will establish an effective and efficient contracting and contracts management process that will have a significant impact on the corporate risk profile and increase revenues for the company! You will set up processes and systems, recruit/manage staff and project manage the contract production and review process in association with Operations, Business Development and Finance departments. You will be a strategic thinker who will bring new ideas to the company for ongoing development of the European contracts process with the ability to liaise with the US regarding global contract development strategy. The contracts will be high value and full service in scope.

To be considered for this challenging role you will already be working in a similar role, leading a European contracts management team within either a CRO or pharma company. You should have paralegal experience and be able to advise on the majority of legal queries. In addition, you must have at least three years staff management experience and a strong understanding of phase II-IV clinical trials and the legal/regulatory environment. Fluency in both English and French would be an advantage. A competitive salary and benefits package is available.
