Head of Clinical Monitoring - £50k

If you have a dynamic, enthusiastic approach to monitoring services and can demonstrate line management and resourcing experience this is the job for you!

With the flexibility to work partly from home this is a management position with direct responsibility for up to CRAs based across Europe. You will be responsible for the department budget, resourcing and project allocation, liaising with project management regarding monitoring progress and any out of scope work, whilst providing support and training to the monitoring team. You will be required to travel up to 60% of you time within the UK and Europe and you must be flexible with regard to this. This is a client focused role and you will be the main point of contact for sponsors with any queries relating to the provison of monitoring services. To be considered for this challenging position you will be able to demonstrate experience in line management, resourcing and CRA activities and 12-18 months experience in a project management role is desirable. Your experience can come from CRO or pharma although must be on a European level. You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with the ability to motivate and lead a remote team to build positive, productive relationships within the company.
