This company is a leader in the field of hygrometers, moisture analysers and hydrocarbon dew-point meters. The products are used throughout the world in a wide range of applications, in the natural gas industry, semi-conductor processing, electric power generation, defence applications, and the compressed air industry. They're a well established organisation growing 10% year on year, and they require a new member in their small and dedicated sales team. The role is an office based position, and you'll be working as an export sales engineer, promoting products, handling incoming enquiries and quotations, and training distributors and clients. The precise territory will be defined after you have learned the ropes and there is flexibility for you to determine which geographic regions you'd like to focus on - so language skills are welcomed, but not required. But note, this role doesn't require travel as these tasks are performed from the office. This is a company with a global customer base and high retention of staff - you'll be well supported and the opportunity to develop your career is available - perhaps taking on full sales responsibility for geographic areas in time.
As there are so many applications for this kit, you'll need to understand some of them at least! You could either be an HNC or HND qualified engineer, or a physics or chemistry graduate. You'll need some commercial experience in a customer facing role, and this will ideally come from a technical area.
