Manager, Training Services - £45k
This expanding, people focused company is looking to appoint a UK based training manager to take responsibility for all clinical training within Europe.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Training you would initially take over the development and delivery of training programs for the clinical group. This will focus on ICH GCP, EU Directive, site and project management activities. You will also be involved in soft skills training such as time management, negotiation, finance and business development. In this role you will also coordinate external training and source suppliers for internal training days on specific topics. There will be minimal travel of 20% in Europe and you will be based out of the European Headquarters in Buckinghamshire. This is a hands-on training role that will involve the assessment of training needs, planning, delivery and evaluation of training via several mediums. Applications are invited from candidates with five years experience in clinical monitoring and/or project management. You will have worked in a training capacity for at least 12 months and be able to demonstrate the ability to assess training needs as well as plan and deliver training. A BSc is required along with an outgoing and dynamic personality!
