Project Management Associate - £25k

In this role you will support a project manager in the planning, implementation and delivery of a centralised ECG analysis service to European clients. This is a highly customer focused role and you will be responsible for problem solving, technical support and client liaison for all assigned studies. ECG analysis is used to support clinical trials in all phases of development and as such you will gain broad experience within drug development. You will be responsible for tracking the progress of all assigned studies, site/staff training and the co-ordination of results analysis. You will be based in our client's West Sussex offices. To be considered for this role you will be educated to BSc level with three years customer service/clinical trials experience. Previous experience as a CTA or project assistant would be an advantage. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
