As the senior manager within this well respected CRO you will manage a team of analysts involved in the preparation of proposals, change orders and requests for information.

The team members will be based across the UK, Germany and Australia and you will assess and implement training, provide technical support and allocate resource to projects. This will be a hands-on role and you will be involved in preparing proposals and project budgets as well as monitoring the quality of international proposals produced by the team. You will liaise with project management and operations departments to facilitate the proposals process and internal reviews, all the while contributing to process improvement and the development of tools to streamline proposal development on a global level. This company has international presence in 30 countries with expertise in handling a wide range of studies across different types of patient population.

To be considered for this position you will have six years industry experience within either the CRO, pharmaceutical or medical environment and exposure to the matrix management system. Previous management experience will enable you to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
