Senior Project Manager - £50k

This is a senior operational management role focusing on study set up and patient recruitment strategy!

This company is an expanding CRO that can offer an exciting working environment and the opportunity to work on biotechnology and gene therapy based studies! The role has an international focus and involves liasing with business operations, clients and monitoring to support less experienced project managers to implement phase I-IV clinical trials. You will mentor project managers but will also spend 20-30% of your time running your own studies. The main focus of your job will be strategic project planning, resource allocation and budget setting. There is the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week with the remainder in the Oxfordshire based office. You will be educated to BSc level and able to demonstrate skills in the following areas: project finance and contract negotiation, business development, project risk assessment and logistical/strategic problem solving. Four years international project management experience is required with prior experience as a CRA. You will have a dynamic personality and a can-do attitude.
