Apply your extensive people, project and process management experience to this senior strategic role with a leading global drug development services company!

At this level you will be responsible for ensuring consistency in operational and financial management across clinical programs with assigned clients. This is not a hands-on project management role although you will play a key part in project strategy and planning, resourcing, business development and proposal production. You will be responsible for one or two client accounts and will familiarise yourself with client's strategies regarding outsourcing and implement that knowledge to develop strategies to effectively penetrate new groups within the client. You will also manage the relationship between clients and the operations team to meet long term expectations and to assure delivery of high quality services and products, whilst maintaining a long term view towards gaining repeat business or strategic partnerships. This is a matrix organisation although you will have line management responsibilities for allocated Project Directors on an international level. The successful candidate can be based in the UK, France, Belgium or Switzerland. The remuneration package offered depends on level of experience but will be competitive - relocation assistance may be available depending on circumstances.

This is a high profile role within the company and to be considered you need to have at least 10 years international project management experience with five years people management/supervisory responsibility - preferably gained within the CRO environment. You will be customer focused, a good relationship builder and able to communicate at all levels within a global organisation.
