Applications Support Specialist - £26k (£28k OTE)

An expanding clinical diagnostic company is now keen to recruit an Applications Support Specialist to work closely with the sales and service team to provide first class applications and support to their customers who are using modern clinical diagnostic equipment.

The role will involve demonstrating various pieces of clinical diagnostic equipment to potential customers. You will also be doing onsite evaluations, assisting in the installation process and training the customers once installation is complete. You will trouble shoot application issues at customer sites and adapt systems for other manufacturer assays. This is a very varied role and you will need to travel throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate or HNC level with a sound understanding of clinical diagnostic systems. An electronics engineer with experience of clinical diagnostic systems may also be appropriate. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to travel across the UK is essential.
