Clinical Team Leader - £38k

A challenging clinical team management role on an international level!

This role would suit either an experienced team leader or senior CRA with an interest in supporting project management by providing leadership and support to international teams of CRAs. With full accountability for the delivery of the 'clinical' part of projects you will keep track of monitoring activity in line with scope of work, budgeted hours and timelines. You will be responsible for forming the clinical team, planning and monitoring team tasks ensuring that both project and individual needs are met. As team leader you will also have financial responsibility by generating study budgets and forecasts. You may also act as CRA or Project Manager on assigned studies depending upon experience. This role can be either field based or office based in Berkshire.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate some leadership/management experience as either a SCRA or team leader. A BSc is required.
