CRA II - £26k

This international CRO is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic CRAs to take over site management and monitoring responsibilities for UK and European sites participating in domestic and global studies.

You can be either office or field based although there will be a high level of travel required within this role. This company is people focused and promotes a work-life balance culture. You will have full site management responsibility which will include feasibility, LREC/MREC applications and the mentoring of less experienced staff. There is also the opportunity to act as 'clinical lead' on studies which allows you to gain experinence of study co-ordination and team leadership. To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 18 months experience in field monitoring and site management. A BSc or nursing qualification is essential. You will be an enthusiastic individual with the ability to motivate yourself and work independently with minimal supervision. You will be flexible regarding domestic and international travel.
