Project Directors - £55k

This market leading organisation is looking to increase the experience within its oncology, CNS and anti-infective business units at Project Director level.

This is a high profile role within the business unit involving line management, project leadership, client management and business development. You will lead and manage international/global phases II-IV full service trials with full accountability for budgets, timelines and resourcing. You will be the main point of contact for the client regarding service related issues and will work with the client to build a partnership approach to drug development. There will be the opportunity to take on line management responsibility for project managers within the business unit. This is an office based role in Berkshire although there may be the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week after completion of the probationary period. For the CNS role you will need to have general experience within this area that includes psychiatry or neurology. For the oncology and HIV roles you must have specific experience within these areas. A degree is required along with four years project management experience - two years of which must have been on an international/global level. You will be experienced in running trials involving 10+ countries with full financial accountability. Line management experience is desirable. You will have an enthusiastic, customer focused approach to project management and business, with the ability to motivate and lead teams based across several locations.
