Project Directors - £60k
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company offering experienced global or international project managers the chance to contribute to the growth of a new, exciting department!
The main focus of this role will be the management of large, global studies or programmes ensuring that customer service, quality, timelines and financial targets are met. You will support business development in winning new global business, lead and motivate a cross functional team co-ordinating all project related activities and line manage project management staff. Process improvement and implementation, strategic business planning and staff recruitment will also form part of your role. To be considered for this role you will be degree educated with at least ten years industry experience, of which five years must have been at project management level - two years in the management of global studies or programmes. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, financial management and cross functional team leadership. You will be able to approach this role with energy, drive and enthusiasm, promoting this approach within your team!
