Project Manager - £38k

This hands on project management role will involve study planning, budget management, patient recruitment strategy and resource allocation for assigned international phase I-IV studies. Your role will be one of implementation and trouble shooting, resolving issues with clients and delivering projects to timeline and budget. This is an innovative company with some exciting projects in the biotechnology and gene therapy field - these are highly scientific and would suit a project manager with a real interest in science. You can work from home 2-3 days week with the remainder in the office which is based in Oxfordshire. A competitive benefits package is available including flexible working and training.

To be considered for this role you will be educated to degree level with five years clinical research experience - two years must have involved project management. This experience can have been gained within either a CRO or pharma. You will have sound financial management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a cross functional team. You will be a dynamic and driven individual with a motivational style.
