Recruitment Consultant - £30k

Owing to the rapid expansion of our Clinical Research Division, Seltek is pleased to offer a chance for an enthusiastic professional to start as a trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Reporting to and working closely with Diane Elliott, Division Manager, you will be given responsibility for the care of a number of Seltek's key customers, and you also be encouraged to develop your own portfolio of clients. You will be given all the necessary skills to handle the entire cycle of recruitment, including a programme of external training with the Recruitment and Employers Confederation (REC) - which will lead to a professional qualification. In time you will be able to take personal charge of a section of the business, including the recruiting and development of staff of your own.

Clearly this is not a job for the faint-hearted. You will need to have experience in some aspect of clinical research, as well as a strongly people-oriented personality. You will need the personal drive and motivation to make things happen. You'll be paid more than you've been used to earning, with the chance to add up to 50% or more with success-related bonuses.
