R S S Job Feed Sales Specialist Food Microbiology - £28k (£33k OTE)
A leading life sciences company with a global market presence is now expanding its microbiology team and is keen to recruit a Sales Specialist to actively support and develop sales of a range of instruments and consumables used in the food microbiology market.
The role will involve managing a number of existing accounts as well as developing new business in the UK for equipment and consumables used in rapid microbial testing and screening. The focus will be on the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be a graduate with a good understanding of microbiology and molecular biology techniques. In addition you will have at least 12 months of field sales experience in the life science market. Those with experience of selling to the food and beverage market would be desirable but this is not essential. High levels of motivation and a proven track record of sales success is definitely required.
