Training Specialist - £30k

This clinical role involves implementing training programmes and other measures to ensure that a high level of quality work is produced by clinical operations staff.

This office based role within the Home Counties is available with a leading provider of drug development services to the pharmaceutical industry - one that values its employees and promotes a work-life balance culture. This job is one of training and quality control - the planning and delivery of training programmes for CRAs and CTAs and the on-site evaluation of performance. You will liaise with line managers from the operations department to assess training needs and develop individual CRA training programs. You will coach and mentor CRAs in the course of their daily work, ensuring that audit findings are addressed by the operations team. There will be a high level of travel in this role although mainly in the UK. A competitive benefits package is on offer which includes a bonus scheme and flexible working arrangements.

To be considered for this role you will have worked as a CRA - preferably at lead level - for at least four years. Some training or education related experience is highly desirable. A degree is essential along with the ability to communicate technical information to an audience. You will have an interest in training and education and some experience of coaching and mentoring CRAs.
