Account Manager - £40k (£55k OTE)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales representative to join a company specialising in the design and manufacture of automated liquid handling systems.

The company has been in existence for over 45 years and has become a world renowned leader in this technology. The territory covers London and the Home Counties up to and including Cambridge. You will be responsible for both maintaining existing accounts and also prospecting for new business. As with any capital sales role, this position will require that you build up long term relationships with your customers and that you provide them with any technical support when required. Other responsibilities will include organising and attending exhibitions, dealing with quotations and maintaining an up to date customer database.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a life science subject and have a proven track record of capital equipment sales. You must be hungry for sales, tenacious, influential and have an easygoing, positive personality.
