Associate Director, Clinical Research - £60k

This expanding international company is looking to appoint a senior manager with responsibility for international project management and functional team leadership in the UK.

Reporting to the Clinical Research Director in the UK you will be office based in Buckinghamshire and spend 60% of your time on the delivery of international projects and strategic operational activities. You will be responsible for the leadership of the UK clinical team comprising CRAs and project managers with direct line management accountability for three research managers. You will be expected to travel 20% of your time internationally and must be flexible with regard to this. In return for your commitment and experience a competitive remuneration package is available including bonus scheme and stock options.

This is a high profile role within the company and as such they are looking for a team player with strong leadership skills and an understanding or CRO processes. You will have previous experience in a line management role and the ability to motivate and train less experienced team members. Four years project management experience is essential as is a BSc.
