As a CRA you will have full site management responsibility on allocated projects - from feasibility to close out - across phases I-IV and broad range of therapy areas. You will have a unique functional role on projects purely based on your experience - this could be acting as lead CRA or European Co-ordinator, which would require you to be the point of contact for all CRAs across Europe for site management queries. As you gain more experience you will have the opportunity to take on local study co-ordination/management experience or develop team management skills.
