Sales Executive - £25k

This company is really well established with an excellent name in medical lab supplies.

They manufacture their own products - histology products and sample labelling equipment, including an internet tool. With recent new products and a strong brand name, their success has been continuing for many years. They now have a vacancy for a salesperson covering the UK, from the northern home counties up. You'll have a soft selling role, meeting clients and doing demos, introducing new products and managing accounts - there is no cold calling here and this is a very established market indeed.

Histologists are busy people and you need to have common sense, strong perception skills and a straightforward and clear manner. In this way you will help to maintain and increase accounts without being pushy. For a stab at this role you'll ideally have a knowledge of histology and some practical experience too. In addition you need to be IT literate and demonstrate successful selling skills through recent employment experience. You don't need to be a highly experienced salesperson and you will be trained on the products, so what's very important here, is your fit to the role and company, plus your flexibility - you'll be travelling a lot, and staying away from home too.
