Senior Business Associate - £32k

In this challenging proposals role you will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest full service bids in the marketplace! Working with senior management, operations and business development teams you will have full ownership of assigned proposals. You will work closely with the sales team to define and present winning strategies for securing business on a European level. This will be a hands on role involving the preparation of text and budgets for proposals of all types across clinical. On large, complex proposals you will act as lead associate, supporting and mentoring less experienced proposal writers. There will also be involvement in client meetings, presentations and bid defence. There is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package available to the successful candidate depending on experience.

To be considered you will have a life science degree and at least 12 months proposal development experience. If you have business development or project management experience you may also be considered. There are excellent opportunities available long term within the business management team including the opportunity to move into a sales role.
