Training and Development Manager - £50k

Make a contribution to the professional development of clinical and project management staff in a newly formed training team!

This forward thinking company is looking to recruit an experienced trainer to support the department head in the planning, delivery and assessment of training within an international operations function. You will be office based in the South West with an expected travel element of 25-30% across Europe, the USA and Pacific Rim. Working closely with functional heads you will identify training needs and put together training programmes for CRAs, CTMs and Project Directors - over time this will be expanded to include other functions. As this is a new function within the company you will have the opportunity to contribute to process development and the growth of the training team.

To be considered for this position you will be a seasoned trainer with experience in the planning and delivery of training programmes. You will have practical experience of monitoring and project management, preferably within a CRO, and a life science degree. You will be a confident public speaker with the ability to impart technical information to both large and small groups. A competitive benefits package is available including relocation assistance.
