Business Development Specialist - £23k

A leading supplier in the field of centralised ECG management is expanding within Europe and as a result has an exciting opening available in their operations team for a Business Development Specialist.

This is an office based position in Berkshire although you will be required to travel within Europe. It is a highly customer focused rôle and you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking clinical trial ECG services. You will assess customer study-specific requirements, develop service proposals, initiate the contract process and provide general administrative sales support. This is not a direct sales rôle although you will have involvement in the development and implementation of sales strategies. To be considered for this position you will have at least 12 months experience in a sales, marketing or customer service rôle preferably within a clinical trial related industry. A degree is required although applications will be considered from candidate without a degree if you possess equivalent work experience. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office is essential and fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
