Business Operations Executive / Manager £60k

Based in the Oxfordshire area, this company has experienced year on year growth and employs staff from a broad range of backgrounds, resulting in an environment where scientific focus and innovation are high on the agenda! As a result of this growth there is an opportunity available in the business operations group, at either executive or manager level. With the emphasis on strategic proposal production this is a sales support role, involving study costing, budget setting and proposal writing. At the more senior level there will be more emphasis placed on client management, bid defence and proposal strategy. This is an international role and you will be expected to travel frequently within Europe and the US. There is the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week and to take on people management responsibilities at the higher level.

This is a people focused company and you will need to be an enthusiastic, energetic, team player with 1-2 years proposal writing experience for the executive position and five years for the manager level.
