Contracts Associate - £22k

This business support role would suit a confident, assertive graduate with an interest in contract law!

This office based role in the Berkshire area is available with a market leader in the contract drug development services sector. Working as part of a small, dedicated team you will be assigned to medium sized projects and will be responsible for the development and review of Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent, Consulting Agreements, Clinical Agreements, Change Orders and Payment Schedules. This is a role involving negotiation - both internally with business functions and externally with clients - and you will liaise with senior members of staff on contract issues to outline the legal standpoint on a number of complex issues. You will need to be comfortable interacting with senior managers and sometimes being the bearer of bad news! Excellent long term development is available within contracts management as you gain in experience and take on more responsibility allowing you to advise on a number of legal issues with minimal referral to the legal team!

You will have a BA or BSc in Business or life science and at least two years business experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Applications will be considered from candidates from finance or accounting backgrounds. Excellent training and benefits package are available.
