European Distribution Manager - £35k (£42k OTE)
This is an exciting, varied role within a small expanding company that specialise in the manufacture and distribution of microbiological products.
The main objectives of this position are to manage key distributors throughout Europe and to find and appoint new distributors where necessary to achieve sales and profit targets. You will be spending ~50% of your time in the head office and ~6-8 days per month in Europe. The rest of your time you will visit key accounts in the UK if required. You will be given full support and training within the first 6 months and I can confidently say that you will enjoy the working environment and be amongst a team of dedicated, dynamic and supportive colleagues. The goal is for you to become a well rounded distributor manager that has initiative and can work independently in a changing environment. In addition you will get involved in technical and marketing support and also work closely with the customer service team to ensure pricing, special quotes and ordering information are up to date.
