European Genotyping Sales Specialist - £70k (£90k OTE)

A rapidly expanding manufacturer of genotyping products and services is keen to expand its commercial team and is keen to recruit a Genotyping Sales Specialist.

The Company
This worldwide company's products are considered the gold standard tool for analyzing complex genetic information and are used by hundreds of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agrichemical, diagnostics and consumer products companies as well as academic, government and other non-profit research institutes to analyze the relationship between genes and human health.

The Job
The position will involve developing business across mainland Europe in partnership with one other person, you will set up genotyping collaborations and assist the account managers throughout Europe with sales. You will be responsible for managing key accounts in Europe and developing a strong sales pipeline, the sales cycle is long and the deals are very high value. The Person
The successful candidate will be a PhD molecular biologist with a number of years of sales experience in the life science market. This should include high value sales and European exposure. Those currently living in Germany or with fluency in German would be highly regarded.
