Field / Office Based CRA / SCRA £30k

Based either in the Berkshire office or in the field you have the opportunity to choose the type of work you do - either working with top customers or on their outsourced trials. As such you need to be comfortable with gaining responsibility early on in these challenging roles although you will also have excellent support and ongoing training. Working across phases I-IV and a range of indications you willl benefit from exposure to a variety of development programmes, both domestic and international. In this role, depending on your experience you will perform a combination of: all aspects of site management including routine monitoring and close out; assist in managing project and investigator budgets; prepare/review protocols, CRF design and study documentation; mentor and train less experienced CRAs. Our client looks for a BSc and at least 12 months monitoring experience - 4 years for a SCRA level job. You should have the ability to work and travel independently and strong time management and interpersonal skills. An excellent remuneration package is available including excellent training and structured development programme.
