Field / Office Based Project Managers - £40k

This role focuses on project delivery - on time and within budget. Initially, you will manage a cross functional team to deliver pan-European phase II-IV studies across a range of indications. Depending on experience you will also have involvement with larger, international projects with emphasis on delivering results from a number of countries. This is not a line management role, although you will have input into team member appraisals and performance review. You can be based either in the Berkshire office or from home - home based staff are required in the office one day a week. There is minimal travel within this job although you must be prepared to be flexible. All you need to be considered is a life science degree, experience as a CRA and at least 2 years in clinical project management. The ability to motivate a team within a constantly changing environment is essential. You will be paid well for your experience and qualify for a competitive benefits package.
